Plant A Row for the Hungry is a program that assists local food pantries by encouraging people to grow a little extra, and donate it to those in need. Started in 1995, PAR provides the opportunity for individuals to help the neediest citizens in the community. Volunteers give more than one million pounds of produce to the needy each year.
