USA Weekend Magazine sponsors Make a Difference Day with nearly 600 local newspapers read by 49 million Americans.

The Points of Light Foundation and the Volunteer Center National Network engage and mobilize millions of volunteers who are helping to solve serious social problems in thousands of communites.

Paul Newman donates all after-tax profits from the sale of Newman's Own products to charity. This is the tenth year he has supported Make a Difference Day.
